If your mind is going to crazy patterns or bright colors think again…my Oversized Painted Easter Eggs are both fun but on the more subtle side of the spectrum. However, it’s totally up to you how wild and crazy you want your eggs to be!

Supplies:

To make polka dots:

Completely cover the oversized egg with a few thin coats of spray paint.

I loved the way the Silver Metallic Spray Paint looked all on it’s own. It was reminiscent of something I had scene in the Pottery Barn catalog.

On the All-Purpose Gray Primer add polka dots with the Foam Pouncers and White Acrylic Paint. To add a little sparkle paint on the Ice Crystal Glitter Paint once the white paint is dry.

For the smallest egg I used a brand new pencil eraser {the one on the end of the pencil} to create the dots.

Don’t these Oversized Painted Easter Eggs look darling in this vintage truck with my pom-pom bunny garland and painted bunny platter!?!
