Everything feels so bare now that all of our Halloween décor is down. I threw together this simple fall centerpiece to give our dining area a little something to tide me over until I bust out all of the holiday décor!
First, I picked up some faux pumpkins & gourds from the dollar store and painted them all with chalk paint (duck egg & charcoal). After they were dry, I pulled out a white rectangular platter that I painted with chalkboard paint years ago and lined three white candles in glass containers down the center. Around the candles I arranged the painted pumpkins and gourds; tossed on a few chestnuts and some corks I’ve saved over the years. *If you’ve had a girl’s night or a dinner with wine here, I’ve probably saved the cork. I wish I would have written dates & events on the corks that would be fun to look at! Maybe, I’ll start doing that!
Anyways, that’s all that there is to it. I told ya it was simple!
