I found these black bags for $1.99 at Hobby Lobby and thought they would make the perfect bags for trick or treating for my two little boys. My oldest is too cool for such silliness.
What would be more perfect than a skull & bones bag for Ash!?! This will be the 3rd year in a row that he is a skeleton.
We cut a potato in 1/2. Next we carved on one side a skull and on the other a bone.
Using fabric paint we stamped the potatoes onto the bag.
After all the stamping was done I painted an A for Ash in the corner. He’s thrilled with how it turned out!
Kell is too little to request a theme so I got to choose his. I’m a sucker for hand and foot print art. I even have a full Pinterest board dedicated to it! You can check that out here!
A simple dip of the foot into some white fabric paint, stamp it on the bag, repeat with the other foot.
Add some eyes and a mouth with some black paint. SO cute!!
What do your kiddos take trick or treating to collect candy in?
