I try to give Ash lots of cutting practice and I always like to make it cute if I can. After some digging in the paper scrap tub I found some fun orange printed paper, brown construction paper, and some green cardstock perfect for making a carrot craft.
I drew straight lines for Ash to cut out carrots…
and for the greenery on the top.
Here’s Ash cutting away….
After he was done cutting, he arranged the carrots in the order he wanted them in.
Next, he turned the carrots over and glued the greenery on the back. As you can see he cut off the lines, but cutting is hard on a line is hard work.
Once all the greenery was glued on, he glued the carrots onto the brown construction paper.
Then because he’s practicing his name writing he wrote his name on his carrots.
